- Invitations to exclusive LIVE meditations with Julie.
- Through 10 days you will experience unique meditation practices and mindful perspectives meant to reduce stress, calm your mind and body, relax your senses, and prepare you for a present-moment and joy-filled day ahead.
- These meditations will be available through an app, the link will be sent to you prior to the beginning of the challenge.
