In this 1.5 hour immersive and virtual workshop, you will be guided through ritual, meditation, writing practices, and coaching methods that allow you to enter the Autumn season empowered and aligned to achieve and create your dreams and goals in these 4 key areas of life: HEALTH | WEALTH | LOVE | HAPPINESS

What you'll experience:

• Recognition Ritual: In order to transition into the Autumn with  clarity and harmony, you will first recognize, honor, and celebrate the energetic-filled days of summer and all that the season brought to fruition for you when it comes to your health, wealth, relationships, and happiness.  
• Release Ceremony: It is essential to release, forgive, and set free self-limiting beliefs, actions, and energetic connections that are no longer serving you in order to create space for the new. In this mind, body and and heart-opening part of the workshop, you will connect to your conscious and subconscious mind and release any mindset limitations, physical actions, and fears getting in your way of achieving your dreams and goals.
• Realignment Meditation: After the release ceremony, we will join in meditation for a relaxing and realigning chakra and energetic field healing, cleansing, and balancing meditation. 
• Renew: After recognizing, releasing, and realigning, you will be ready to powerfully renew your goals and dreams for the Autumn Season. With this writing ritual, you will claim with clarity and power what you desire to create in the 4 key areas of your life. You will then claim your first action step towards this goal fulfillment and receive community support and celebration.

The workshop will come to a close with a soul manifestation meditation where you will embody the incredible feelings of what you are creating for your health, wealth, love, and happiness.
