Meditation is one of my favorite tools to release stress, to get grounded in the present moment, to calm and reset the mind & body and to up-level mindset and health. In teaching meditation, I use a variety of ancient and modern practices, including breathwork, chakra healing, reiki, visualization, release rituals, manifestation, clarity creation and more. I offer private meditations, corporate training, and group sessions.
