In honor or World Mental Health Day I wanted to share with you a 10 minute morning meditation that I use to create a day of authenticity, connection, and gratitude.

Having a morning meditation has truly changed my mental health. It allows me to get grounded before my feet even hit the floor (yes, I love a good beditation), it sets me up for the day that I want to create ahead, and I get more present with the moments of the day and the people that I encounter throughout it.
