About Me

Hello and welcome, I am so happy you are here! 

For the past 20+ years, after experiencing traumatic loss and a series of life-altering events, I decided that I wanted and needed to heal.

Since then, I have been on a wild healing journey of learning, trying and discovering practices, methods, and tools to grow mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. This healing journey, as they often do, turned into finding my purpose...which brings us here!

I incorporate modern and ancient techniques in coaching and courses to holistically support my clients and this amazing community. These modalities often include: Healing and releasing stored trauma in your mind & body, reframing and unlocking subconscious blocks, somatic parts work for healing, nervous system regulation, meditation, energy work, reiki, daily rituals &  empowered goal setting to take inspired action towards your goals and dreams.
